KCS Design can help you maximize your living space, or even expand it. We listen to all of your wants and needs for how you will live in the newly remodeled home, and then, taking your budget into consideration, present you with floor plans for each space being changed.
Once a footprint has been determined, we start to flesh out the rooms. We work with you to create a color palette and finish schedule that reflects your style. We provide cabinet drawings, color boards, and finish samples to help you visualize how the new spaces will look and feel.
All of this is done before construction begins. With all of the decisions made, you now have a bid packet that includes construction plans, cabinet drawings and dimensions, finish schedule and any other details needed to give you an accurate idea of the overall costs. You can then use that bid packet to get comparable estimates from multiple contractors, ensuring you are spending your dollars carefully. We recognize the importance of staying within budget, while still producing an exceptional end product.
